I am not happy with my appearance and would like to be proud of my body. I am excited to transform my figure and am motivated to do whatever it takes to achieve what most consider a body to die for, or a sexy body. I’m ready to learn more about what is necessary to develop my body into a lean, mean, sexy eye-candy machine. How do I get a sexy body?
A Sexy body comes from a visible appearance of high definition or sculpture of the human body. An active and healthy lifestyle will reduce your fat and increase your body’s muscle definition, thus producing the results you are looking for. A great example of a sexy body is seen in athletes. Very rare will you see a hard working athlete who doesn’t have a sexy body. They are under a consistent training schedule designed for performance and as an added bonus, their training provides them with the sexy appearance most of us desire.
Two ingredients are needed. The first ingredient a sexy body needs to have is a low percentage of fat. This is achieved by burning off calories through a wide range of exercises and activities that allow you to burn off carbohydrates (fast energy), and fats (slow energy). The second ingredient a sexy body needs is definition or tone. This is done through strength training. The strength training will allow for your muscles to grow (ladies, don’t worry, we’re not talking about Arnold Schwarzenegger size) to a size proportional to your body’s desire.
