How do I lose belly fat!

I am sick of my gross belly and I think its time to say goodbye to my belly fat. I am ready for a change and would like to educate myself about how I can best lose my belly fat and maybe even other parts of my body. I’m fed up with the ugly feeling I get from how I look. How do I lose my belly or body fat?

First we must understand that we cannot “spot train”, meaning that we cannot do one exercise in the area that has fat and expect for the fat in that one particular area to disappear. Body fat comes from consuming more calories than the body uses or burns off. Then the body decides to put the majority of the fat in the mid section areas such as the stomach, butt, and thighs.

For best results, you must burn more calories than you consume in order to reduce the excess calories that linger around and have converted into the fat that has found its way to your belly or stomach.
