I don’t feel comfortable at the weight I am at right now. I have been looking in the mirror and disgusted with how I look and how overweight I am. It’s time I do something about my weight issue and hope it is not too late. I am motivated to gain confidence in myself, and lose the weight and inches that have been bothering me.
